In the game, open Panel โ ๐ Support & Reporting. From there you can open a request in the report a bug, user complaint or suggestion categories. Your request goes straight to our team and replies appear on the same screen โ no need to check anywhere else.

When does my match start?
There are 2 league matches per day: 1 home and 1 away. You can start your home match early during the day; the away match can be started after 17:00. Matches that are not started kick off automatically at their scheduled time โ you never miss a match.
I bought diamonds but they did not arrive
Google Play purchases are verified on the server for security and are usually credited instantly. If your diamonds do not arrive within a few minutes, contact us via in-app support and include the time of your order; we will check the purchase and credit your account.
My player got injured, what should I do?
Injuries happen in matches as a result of fouls and last 1-4 matches. An injured player cannot be placed in the starting 11; the injury duration decreases with every match your club plays. In the meantime, give another player a chance in your tactics.
I forgot my password
For now, password resets are handled through support: request a reset via in-app support or by writing to us from your registered email address.
