PRO EV 7Privacy Policy

This policy explains how your personal data is handled when you use the PRO EV 7 mobile game and the proev7.com website. In short: we collect only the minimum data needed to run the game, we never sell your data, and the app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
1. Who We Are and Scope
PRO EV 7 is a fully online football management game. This policy covers the mobile app, the proev7.com website, and our support channels.

2. Data We Collect

What we do NOT collect: We do not collect location data. We do not access your contacts. We do not use an advertising ID. The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create your account and run your session and game progress,
- To provide the online match, league, cup and transfer market service,
- To prevent cheating and abuse and keep the game fair,
- To respond to your support requests.
We do not use your data for any other purpose — for example, advertising or profiling.
4. Payments
In-app purchases (diamond and cash packs) are made through Google Play Billing. Your card and payment details never reach us; Google processes the payment. We only verify the purchase token issued by Google on our server and credit the purchased items to your account.
Virtual items such as diamonds and cash have no real-money value.
5. Retention and Security
- Your data is kept for as long as your account exists (for the duration of the service).
- All data in transit is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS and WSS).
- Passwords are protected with an irreversible hash.
- Server access logs are deleted after a short period.
6. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your data for advertising. Your data is processed only on the hosting infrastructure that runs the service (our server and database provider). We reserve the right to disclose data to competent authorities where legally required.
7. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)
Under the GDPR and Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you,
- Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
- Request the deletion of your data.

8. Account Deletion
To delete your account, open the in-app Support → "Account Deletion" request or email us. Upon your request, your account and personal data are deleted or anonymised within 30 days.

9. Children
PRO EV 7 is suitable for a general audience (PEGI 3 target). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13; if we become aware of such data, we delete it.
10. Changes
If this policy is updated, the new version will be published on this page and the effective date above will be revised. We recommend checking this page from time to time.
