Account Deletion

This page explains how to request the deletion of your PRO EV 7 account and the data associated with it (developer contact: info@proev7.com). You can submit a deletion request using either of the two methods below.

In the app, instantly (recommended)

Open Profile from the account icon at the top right.
At the bottom, below Log out, tap Delete account.
Read the notice, tick the confirmation box and confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted immediately.

Method 1: From inside the app

In the game, open Panel → 🛟 Support & Reporting.
Create a new request.
Select the "Other" category, enter "Account Deletion" as the subject and send it.

Your identity is verified automatically through your app session — no extra documents needed.

Method 2: By email

From the email address registered to your account, send an email with the subject "Account Deletion" to info@proev7.com. Your request is verified by the email arriving from your registered address.

👑 Club Membership subscription: deleting your account does not cancel an auto-renewable Club Membership subscription — billing continues through the App Store or Google Play until you cancel it. To avoid further charges, cancel the subscription before deleting your account: App Store — Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Google Play — Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. The in-app delete dialog shows a "Manage subscription" button for active members.

What is deleted?

Account information: email address and name.
Club and squad: your club and your entire player squad.
Tactics: your formation and tactic settings.
Support requests: your past support conversations.

What is kept in anonymized form?

Match results: kept to preserve league integrity; your club name is anonymized to "Departed Club" and can no longer be linked to you.
Economy ledger records: kept anonymously for legal record-keeping purposes.

Timeline and irreversibility

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request at the latest.
Deletion is irreversible; your account and club are permanently destroyed.
Remaining diamonds, cash and virtual items are not refunded — virtual items have no real-money value.
Records that are the subject of an open cheat review may be kept for up to 180 days, without names or email addresses (only a club ID, counts and timestamps).
Login-time records (no IP address) are deleted automatically within 30 days of deletion at the latest.
The device notification token hash kept to prevent invite abuse (irreversible SHA-256, not the token itself) is deleted automatically within 30 days of deletion at the latest. Any pending invites are cancelled.
The sign-in network hash kept to prevent invite abuse (a keyed hash of the IP address, not the IP itself) is deleted automatically within 30 days of deletion at the latest.

ℹ️ Note: Turning off notifications or uninstalling the app does not delete your account; your account and club remain in the game. To have your account fully deleted, you must use one of the methods above.
